Si-PU Running Track is a new type of which is composited with our quality Si-PU ,applied to constructed of   varieties of sports running track ,It has variaties of qualities including shock-absorbing,  comfortable and durable. Easily cleant,easily installed, Therefor is a great chanllenge to traditional type PU running track.

8+5双层结构，一般13毫米厚度

（1）首先检查基础层的平整度，对凹凸部位进行找平（如水泥砼基础需酸洗）。 　（2）底胶铺设： 　铺设底胶之前先将地基基础清扫干净，准备好施工用的工具。 　a) 按照工艺要求测量出施工线的位置，放好施工线。 　b) 铺设时由场地一侧开始，按场地宽度一次性刮胶。 　c) 刮胶时速度均匀，及时对露底、凹陷、凸起处进行补胶或刮平。 　d) 成胶后，对全场进行检查，以保证面胶铺设的厚度。 　（3）面胶的摊铺： 　a）刮胶时尽量缩短每一桶胶液的间隔时间，使成胶速度均匀一致。 　b）时刻观察胶面的厚度。 　c）刮面胶，在面胶未固化前，撒上红颗粒，待其完全固化后，将多余面胶粒清扫干净。 　d）喷胶,确保颗粒不脱落。 　（4）工艺线喷划： 　按照现行的田径场地设施标准准确测量出工艺线的位置，然后用聚氨酯漆喷刷。
1 Smoothen the surface to be work on by applying a coat of 3-5mm self-levelling
cement product. Or construct a smooth surface with other material but cement.
The neglect deviation is below 3mm under a 3 metre straight ruler. 
2 Clear the cement surface after curing-time is over
3 Sign the position for lay PVC mat according to the size of PVC mat.
4 Scrape the adhesivs on the position with trowels.The adhesive will turn to  the
transparent glue after ten minutes.It is time to lay down PVC mat.
5 Check the quality of every roll.Do not apply any bad quality roll if there is.
6 Spread the roll on the position on which is troweled with the glue,try to leave less than
a minometre of seam between two mats.
7 Press mat with paper roll to adhesive closely and push out air between two layers
8 Weld the seam by hot gun after curing thoroughly
9 Lining.
